Buying Math is the 12th episode of Season 3, 102nd episode overall.

Bear spends his joyful morning in the kitchen doing math, and Tutter helps Bear out passing five apples in their table, and Ojo joins in too, stealing three of them, making it two, and Tutter made Bear an answer about subtraction. After the song and thinking, Bear teaches math lessons about Treelo's deck of nine lemons, and Bear manages to add one more lemon because Ojo took it away, and Ojo joins in again, making it ten, all by myself, and Bear did a good job of adding lemons, and math. In the Shadow segment, Shadow's story "One, Two, Buckle My Shoe" is repeated from the Season 1 episode "You Learn Something New Every Day" by doctor's narration, and Bear wants to help out with his friends add more money in Doc Hogg's bank box, and Bear manages he doesn't have enough tokens, even if they bought a cool hat and a box of lemons, and Bear manages they're yellow, even if they want to finish earning money with charity. Later that Night, Bear went up to The Attic to tell Luna.
